1. Around 02:00 on March 13, 2014, the Defendant, along with C, met E at the F convenience point where E in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government is working as an employee, but the Defendant divided a stolen talk at the convenience point prior to the example, the Defendant, C, and E have stolen money and valuables from the above convenience point where E works, and attempted to divide it equally, and in order to prevent the occurrence of a crime by CCTV installed within the convenience point, E would have been punished by robbery of convenience points from a person without his name.

피고인과 C은 E이 알려준 범행 시간 무렵인 2014. 3. 14. 04:16경 피해자 G이 운영하는 위 편의점에 가서, C이 편의점 밖에서 망을 보는 동안 피고인 은 아래 2항과 같이 절취한 옷과 운동화, 헬멧을 착용한 채 손님인 척 물건을 살펴보다 진열대에서 면도기 1개, 이어폰 1개, USB케이블 1개를 챙겨 계산대로 온 뒤, C의 집에서 가져온 부엌칼을 꺼내어 E을 협박하는 척하며 발로 E의 옆구리를 찼고, E은 미리 계획한 대로 금전출납기에서 현금 557,810원, 5,000원권 문화상품권 32매, 10,000원권 문화상품권 33매를 꺼내고, 카운터 뒤쪽 서랍에서 마일드 세븐 5보루, 말보로 담배 5보루를 꺼내어 피고인에게 건네주었고, 피고인은 위 현금과 상품권, 담배, 진열대에서 들고 온 상품을 미리 준비한 C의 가방에 넣어 편의점을 빠져나왔다.

Accordingly, the Defendant, together with C and E, stolen money and valuables equivalent to KRW 1,387,810 in the market price owned by the victim.
