Punishment of the crime

On June 17, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Incheon District Court on July 8, 2010; imprisonment with prison labor for at least ten months for night intrusion larceny at the Incheon District Court on July 8, 201; imprisonment with prison labor for at least ten months at the Incheon District Court on October 14, 2016; and imprisonment with prison labor for at least three times on September 4, 2017, such as termination of the execution of the sentence at the Jung Eup prison.

Criminal facts

1. On September 5, 2017, around 09:30 to 16:30, the Defendant infringed upon the victim’s residence by opening a living room and entering the house in front of the residence of Seo-gu Incheon Western Cvictim D, by entering the house. The Defendant stolen the victim’s cash amounting to KRW 192,00,000, and KRW 140,000, and the victim’s cash amounting to KRW 192,00,000.

2. On September 12, 2017, around 12:00, the Defendant infringed upon the victim’s residence by opening a main window and entering the house in front of the residence of the victim EF of Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon. On the other hand, the Defendant laid down and stolen the victim’s cell phone with the amount of KRW 500,000 in cash owned by the victim in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon.

3. On October 7, 2017, around 13:11, 2017, the Defendant invadedd the victim’s residence by means of creating a security guard against the main bank in front of the residence of the victim H of Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, and then stolen the victim’s cash amounting to 65,000 won owned by the victim in the safe cremation room, and the victim’s boomed, semi-cons, health food from the main bank, and the market price owned by the victim in the small bank.

4. On October 12, 2017, around 12:00, the Defendant invaded the victim’s residence by opening a living room window and entering the house in front of the domicile of the Seo-gu Incheon International Victim J, Seo-gu, Incheon, and then impairing the victim’s residence. At the same time, 100,000 won in cash owned by the victim, 3 sa, mad sa, and 10 sarpos.
