Punishment of the crime

1. On September 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 04:10 on September 3, 2013, the Defendant: (b) opened the instant main entrance and intruded into the opening, and 150,000 won in cash, which is owned by the victim D, located in the Busan Northern-gu, Busan Northern-gu; and (c) went to theft.

2. On October 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00 on October 2, 2013, the Defendant: (b) opened and intrudeed into the main window of the said restaurant, which was located in the Busan Northern-gu, in front of the HH of the Victim G management of the Plaintiff’s G, which was located in the Busan Northern-gu; (c) and (d) cited the amount equivalent to KRW 800,000, in cash and KRW 10,000, in a single unit of computer owned by the victim who was located in the calculation unit.

On October 9, 2013, around 02:00 on October 9, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of the instant LBC and intruded into the victim’s JCF in Busan Northern-gu; (b) 50,000 won in total at the market price of the two weeks owned by the victim and the red ginseng products owned by the victim; and (c) cut off them.

On October 20, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around 21:00 on October 20, 2013, the Defendant opened a window on the side of the instant restaurant and intruded into it, thereby citing the amount of KRW 330,00 in the market price of the two-way owners owned by the victim, which was located at the display site, and stolen it.

5. On October 15, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime at around 01:00 on October 15, 2013, at the “P” restaurant operated by the victim’sO located in the north-gu, Busan, Busan, and attempted to intrude into the restaurant and steals cash, etc. by an influence means, but the Defendant did not commit an attempted crime by exposing it to the security guards who had been on patrol and escaped.
6. Around October 17, 2013, the Defendant, who committed the crime, was crypted to intrude into the same place and steals cash, around 00:00 on October 17, 2013 by the same method.
