A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

On January 10, 2007, the Defendant had been sentenced to four years of imprisonment by the Seoul High Court for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and was sentenced to two years of imprisonment at the Seoul Central District Court on October 4, 2010 and completed the execution of the sentence on July 11, 2012.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant, habitually,

1. On January 13, 2013, around 11:10 on January 13, 2013, the victim E, who intrudes into a church by opening a door that was not set set up in D, Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, and was set up on his/her own in cash of 50,000 won and the 10,000 won and the 35,000 won and the 35,00 won in cash owned by his/her female within the victim F.

2. On March 23, 2013, at around 12:00, opening a door that was not set up in the H building located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu G, Seocheon-gu G, and intrusion into the building, and then holding 300,000 won in cash owned by the female and 900,000 won in cash owned by the victim J while living in the room where the victim J was living; and

3. On March 24, 2013, around 11:30, 201, at the following: (a) opened a gate which was not set up in K in the following cities; (b) intruded into the entrance; (c) held a cash of KRW 1,400,000 on the part of the victim M, and 10,000,000 on the check; and (d) stolen it;

4. On April 14, 2013, around 13:40, at the office located in Seocho-gu Seoul N, Seocho-gu, Seoul, and entered the above office by taking advantage of the gapss outside the above office, and thereby cutting down 100,000 won in cash, and 10,000 won in cultural products, within the bank of the victim P who was on his/her book.

Accordingly, the defendant was sentenced to two or more penalties for violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and again committed such crimes within three years after the execution thereof is completed.
