Punishment of the crime

The Defendant received KRW 500,00,00 from the damaged person, namely, the money transferred from the damaged person to the Agricultural Cooperative account (Account Number: H) in the name of G, from November 22, 2010, totaling KRW 109,190,000 from that time to November 22, 2010, including the money transferred from the damaged person to the said account, from November 64, 2010.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
