All of the plaintiffs' primary claims and conjunctive claims are dismissed.
Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The remaining plaintiffs except the plaintiff D and G and the defendant are sectional owners of each corresponding apartment unit in the corresponding apartment unit's address column entered in the Dong Government-si K Apartment (hereinafter "the apartment of this case"), and the plaintiff D and the plaintiff G share the land of this case as sectional owners of the apartment of this case's apartment M, and the site of this case according to their site ownership share.
B.
