Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, with respect to the defendant B, C, and D, it shall be between two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Some of the facts charged were corrected ex officio to the extent that it does not impede the defendants' exercise of their right to defense.

Defendant

A shall be the vice president of K located in Songpa-gu Seoul District Court, from November 20, 2012 to January 22, 2014, and shall work as the director of the K Information Security Agency, and shall take overall charge of the operation of the L Center under the above headquarters and the affairs of “the selection of the operator of the L Center from January 2014 to January 2015.”

Defendant

B The general affairs of M&A, the executive affairs of M&A, and the defendant D were the head of M&A strategic business of M&A, and the defendants were in charge of the bidding related to the call center operation service business of M&A.

1. Defendant A
