Purport of claim and appeal

The first instance court.

1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is dismissed or added as follows, and the fact-finding and judgment of the court of first instance are just in light of the evidence submitted by the plaintiff to this court, and the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is added unless there is any error as alleged by the plaintiff.

Therefore, it shall be quoted in accordance with Article 8 (2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

Article 12 of the taxi Development Act of 2nd 11st place is "Article 12 of the former taxi Development Act (amended by Act No. 15123, Nov. 24, 2017; hereinafter the same shall apply)".

This Decree shall enter into force on January 29, 2015.

Articles 6 through 18 and 22 shall enter into force as of July 29, 2014, and Article 19 and subparagraph 2 (a) of attached Table 2 shall enter into force as of October 1, 2016 for the business zones of the Special Metropolitan City or Metropolitan Cities, and as of October 1, 2017 for other business zones.

2. Conclusion, the plaintiff's claim shall be dismissed for lack of reasonable grounds.

The judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
