A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of one year and two months, by a short term of one year and a fine of 60,000 won.

The above fine shall not be paid by the defendant.

Criminal facts

On March 23, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in the Busan District Court's Dong Branch, and was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for eight months. At around 23:40 on September 27, 2012, the Defendant driven a FGTS off from the front of the D apartment road in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si to September 28, 2012, without obtaining a motorcycle license from around 6K meters from the front of the D apartment road in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to September 28, 2012.
