A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of one year and four months, and a short term of ten months.

Punishment of the crime

In the Daegu District Public Prosecutor's Office on April 12, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to the Juvenile Department for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes. On December 5, 2012, the same Public Prosecutor's Office issued a disposition of transfer to the Juvenile Department for special larceny. On December 11, 2012, the same Public Prosecutor's Office issued a disposition of transfer to the Juvenile Department for larceny. On February 8, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to the Ulsan District Public Prosecutor's Office on March 15, 2013. On July 31, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to the disposition of transfer to the Juvenile Department for special larceny.

On December 18, 2014, around 04:14, at around 04:14, the Defendant: (a) sealed the entrance door up to the ecafeteria operated by the victim D in Daegu Seo-gu, Daegu, with the entrance, which was corrected in the vicinity, and then cut off the entrance, with a safe of KRW 3.50,000,00 in cash owned by the victim who was in the Kabter by intrusion into the following inside, and then stolen the entrance, and (b) from around that time to January 26, 2015, the Defendant stolen another’s property worth KRW 45,871,300 in total seven times, such as the list of crimes in attached Form.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually intruded another person's structure at night over seven times and stolen another's property.
