Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 26, 2013, at around 19:30, the Defendant driven CWz car in a state of alcohol of about 1km from around 0.063% of blood alcohol concentration to the roads of the Korea Securities Bank, located in 21-3, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, to the front of the 21-3rd place.
