Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving CK7 cars;

On April 7, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol of 0.113% with blood alcohol concentration around 06:10 on April 7, 2016, and continued the said car on the back of 196 side road, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, to the speed of the city at an aesthetic speed in the direction of Gangnam-gu.

In such cases, a driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to care in advance by safely operating the operation of the system and steering gear well to prevent accidents by driving the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded in the opposite direction when he was under the influence of alcohol, and the Defendant conflict with the victim D's D's D's D's driving E-Wz car in a temporarily stopped in order to pass the vehicle with the Defendant’s vehicle, and the front part of the above K7 vehicle operated by the Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a state where it is difficult to drive the car normally due to the influence of drinking, and suffered injury, such as climatic salt, which requires treatment for about two weeks.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) at one time and at one time, driven CK7 cars while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.113% of alcohol concentration at the section of approximately 200 meters of alcohol at approximately 190 meters in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
