1. The Defendant connects each point of the attached sheet No. 1, 15, 16, 17, and 1 among the attached sheet No. 61m2 in Yansan-gu, Jeonju-si.

In full view of the overall purport of the pleadings and arguments by Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2 (including paper numbers) and appraiser D, the plaintiff completed the registration of transfer of ownership with respect to the land of 61 square meters in Yansan-gu, Seoul (hereinafter "the instant land") on October 25, 2016. The defendant is the owner of E-gi-208 square meters adjacent to the instant land, and is the owner of the instant land and has connected each point of 17,16,18,19,20,21,21,22, and 17, each of the above appraisal maps No. 17,200 square meters in line with the indication of the attached appraisal map Nos. 1, 15, 16, 16, 17, 17, 3 square meters in line with each point of 17, 16, 19, 20, 20, 21, 2222, and 17.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to remove each of the above buildings and deliver the above part of the land to the plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is accepted as reasonable.
