1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) against the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant)

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff purchased each land listed in the separate sheet in the real estate auction procedure and completed the registration of ownership transfer on February 24, 2009.
