1. The Defendant’s KRW 24,371,067 as well as 6% per annum from September 10, 2015 to September 19, 2019 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “A”) is a company that runs civil engineering and construction business as a business.
B. Around February 29, 2012, the Defendant issued a public notice of tender for the construction project on the 9.98km of the river and bridge for Eriwon 9.98km (hereinafter “instant construction project”). The public notice of tender is “a long-term contract under which the instant construction project is a party to a long-term continuing construction project and enters into an annual contract on the part of the successful tender price within the budget for each fiscal year after bidding in total within the scope of the budget for each fiscal year,” and the period of the construction project was stated as 24 months from the date of commencement.
C. A participated in the tender of the instant construction by submitting a tender document stating the bid amount of KRW 7,752,794,000, and the Defendant determined A as the successful bidder.

The main contents related to this case are as shown in attached Table 1 among the general conditions of the contract for local government construction (hereinafter referred to as "general conditions") included in the instant contract for construction work.
E. On December 31, 2014, the Defendant is likely to share the instant project with concrete hole, etc., because the weather of the machinery from the temperature to A is sharply clear and the weather of the field is repeated.
