A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2017 Highest 1927"

1. Around February 20, 2017, the Defendant assaulted twice the victim’s face by drinking, on the ground that a person who suffered from a defect in the desire to take a bath against the victim D (22 years of age) on the corridor 203-dong 10-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, 2017, resisted twice the victim’s face.

2. On February 20, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties: (a) committed an assault by a police officer affiliated with the Incheon Samsan Police Station, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report of 112 regarding a crime under paragraph (1) of the facts charged on February 15, 2017, to inquire about the personal information of the Defendant; (b) assaulted the Defendant, such as “E’s flachie,” such as “the flachie,” and flachie, etc

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on the handling of 112 reported cases.

"2017 Highest 2685"

1.
