1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months and a fine of one thousand won; and

2. The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Gambling places;

A. The Defendant opened and operated a gambling house in C, D, E, F, G, and gambling.
