Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a BMW car.

On August 20, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car on August 22:13, 2017, driving the two-lane road in front of Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul in the direction of the above-mentioned apartment in the direction of the above-mentioned model, while driving the two-lane road in the direction of the above-mentioned model, and making the left turn to the left turn at the right intersection in front of the green apartment.

The crime of this case committed by the defendant who neglected his duty to turn to the left and caused the damage to the pedestrian crossing by neglecting his duty to turn to the left.
