Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing taxi.

On November 14, 2015, the Defendant driven the above taxi on November 14, 2015, and moved to the left-hand turn in front of the apartment unit that the lower court located in the 318-dong, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, for the left-hand turn prior to the Yangcheon Fire Station.

At the time of night, there is a crosswalk where signal lights are installed at the front of the night, and therefore, there was a duty of care to check whether a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle is a person who gets on a road by reducing speed and checking well the right and the right of the front of the road and drive the motor vehicle safely.

Nevertheless, the victim C (27) was placed at the right side of the crosswalk in front of the defendant's taxi by neglecting his/her right and making a left-hand turn without looking well at the right-hand side, and by neglecting his/her right-hand side and allowing the right-hand side of the crosswalk to be the right-hand side of the crosswalk.

As a result, the Defendant suffered from the Defendant’s occupational negligence, such as salt ties and tensions in need of approximately three weeks of treatment.
