Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants and E are relatives who work on a part-time basis at the main point of “G” located in the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City F and live together at one house.
1. On July 5, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (rape-rape) by Defendant B, at around 04:58, 2016, went to drinking together with the victim I (the victim I, I, 19 years old) who was residing at the Defendant’s home located at the Defendant’s home located at the H 102 level in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and went to a customer at the main place. Accordingly, the defendant has sexual intercourse with the victim by taking advantage of the victim's failure to resist.
2. Defendant A
A. A.
