Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 26, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 01:25, the first female toilets of the “C” building in Ansan-si, the victim under whose name was in Ansan-si B, which was managed by the victim; (b) and (c) had intruded the above structure by entering the toilets with an unspecified number of women into the toilets in order to cut off the gate that sees the gate.
