Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

At around 00:55 on October 3, 2013, the Defendant driven approximately 2 km B green car from the road on which it is impossible to find out the Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-dong Round to the road in front of 542-74, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul.
