Punishment of the crime

On August 10, 2012, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.143% on blood alcohol level on August 10, 2012. Around 00:01, the Defendant was driving a Bsch Rexroth car owned by Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd. with approximately 20 meters of the 20m section from the upper street in front of the raw ginseng nursery house located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seosan-dong to the upper street of 542-74.
