Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. A special intimidation: (a) on August 11, 2017, the Defendant driven a B B B Poter truck and proceeded into a sports area along the two-lanes of the Olympic Games located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Samsungdong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, along the five-lanes, along the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the Olympic Games; (b) the victim C ( South, the age 67) driving a motor vehicle driving in the same direction changed from the two-lanes in his/her own vehicle, is passing ahead of the damaged motor vehicle; and (c) he/she speeded the damaged motor vehicle to the left side of the damaged motor vehicle driving by changing the damaged lane; and (d) put the motor vehicle into the right side by driving the damaged motor vehicle, thereby threatening the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim by using a dangerous vehicle.

2. Around August 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 08:34, on the Olympic Games located in Samsungdong-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, assaulted the victim by spiting the victim’s face, spiting it into a driver’s seat, booming the victim’s desire from the damaged due to career change, as described in paragraph (1), while driving in the Olympic Games as described in paragraph (1).
