1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 5,187,780 with respect to the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from May 14, 2018 to December 22, 2020.
Reasons
1. The Defendants of the basic facts received a summary order of KRW 3,00,000 on the grounds of criminal facts that they assault and injured the Plaintiff as follows.
(Seoul East Eastern District Court 2019 High Court 252). Defendant B and Defendant C are siblings, and they are not aware of the victim A.
At around 02:40 on May 13, 2018, Defendants were in the room Nos. 4 and 5 in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Manopoly Enoba, Manoba.

2. Determination
