1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

2. Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

On April 2014, the Defendant received one marijuana from B, and cultivated it in the said camping, at the Yacheon-si, in writing, around 16:00, on the date of the mid-term 16:00.

In collusion with B, the Defendant cultivated marijuana as such.

2. On October 20, 2014, the Defendant, holding marijuana, collected and divided the amount of 6-7 marijuana leaves cultivated, such as the preceding paragraph, from the Defendant’s home located in Turkey-si, and stored the marijus of the Defendant, by dividing five parts of tobacco, into five parts, and by dividing them into five parts of the maris (2.5g) collected inside the said part, at the Defendant’s home located in Chuncheon-si.

As such, the Defendant possessed for the purpose of smoking marijuana.

3. Smoking marijuana;

A. On November 201, 2014, the Defendant inhaled the smoke by attaching a fire to the marith of the marith in front of the subsequent three complex apartment complexes, which are located in the Chuncheon-si, Bupyeong-si, Sejong-si, and by attaching a fire to the marith of the marith that he was in possession as referred to in paragraph 2.
