Defendant

All appeals by prosecutors are dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. Defendant (Definite or misunderstanding of legal principles, and unreasonable sentencing) (1) did not purchase phiphones from C in collusion with B. 2) The punishment imposed by the lower court (two months of imprisonment and one million won of collection) is too unreasonable.

B. The above sentence imposed by the court below is too uneasible and unfair.

2. In light of the following facts and circumstances recognized by the lower court’s duly adopted and investigated evidence, it is reasonable to view that the Defendant conspired with B to purchase phiphones from C, and this part of the Defendant’s assertion is without merit.
