Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From November 4, 2015 to October 21, 2016, the Defendant became aware of the victim D (V, 50 years old) who had been working as the leader of the guard of the building C in the Suwon-si Building from January 4, 2016 to October 21, 2016, who had a physical disability from around January 2, 2016, to the extent that it is possible for the Defendant to talk with the other party, while serving as the U.S. dollars for the instant commercial building.
