A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Crimes against victims C;
A. On January 2016, the Defendant, in front of the E office located in Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, committed an indecent act by force against the victim C (Woo, 73 years of age) who is a disabled person of Grade 1 with visual disability located in the E office, and who is a disabled person of Grade 73 years of age.”
B. On February 2, 2016, the Defendant, within E office, committed an indecent act by force against a person who has a physical disability by exposing knee of the victim’s knee after cutting down knee.
2. Crimes against victim F;
A. around June 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against a person with a physical disability by rhumbbucking off the part of the victim F (F, 72 years old), who was disabled in the first degree of visual disability, in front of the vehicle supporting the disabled moving from E to the west-gun Port and Eup of Chungcheongnam-gun.
B. On June 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force against a person with physical disability by using and rhumbucking parts of the victim’s bucks that he/she was seated next in the Gone Starsch Rexroth on a day between June 7, 2017.

On July 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force on a person with a physical disability by rhumbucking off the victim’s bucks which were seated next to the Defendant in his/her seat in G Star knife.

On July 13, 2017, around 15:20 on July 13, 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act on a person with a physical disability by force, by using parts of the victim’s bucks, which are vehicles supporting the movement of persons with disabilities, which are vehicles supporting the movement of persons with disabilities operated by the routes described in the above paragraph (a).
