Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. From April 7, 2018 to April 23:00 to 08:00, Defendants and C, D, E, F, and G received four copies from each of them using card 52, and then exchanged a card with at least KRW 10,00 to 10,00 in the order of priority, and finally carried out painting 30 times by a person with a card with a different pattern or a low number of card.
