Punishment of the crime

On November 24, 201, from around 16:20 to around 17:00, the Defendant participated in an assembly of “Korea-U.S. FTA opposition” held by the organization B and the Party B, etc. in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, for about 40 minutes from around 16:20 to around 17:00, and went along with approximately 3,00 participants in the assembly at the Seoul square, and occupied the front lane through the airspace through the airspace.
