Punishment of the crime

1. A thief Defendant was in the air conditioners at the “E” convenience store for the victim’s D operation located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City around December 8, 2015, without permission from the victim’s convenience store around 08:03.

2. On December 8, 2015, at around 11:00, the Defendant: (a) committed as if he/she did not have the intent or ability to pay the food cost in the “G” restaurant located in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu F; and (b) ordered the victim H, the restaurant, to have the food cost paid; and (c) the Defendant ordered the part of Eslju 1 Byung and Kimchi.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received from the injured party the amount of KRW 10,00 in total the market value of KRW 10,00,00 and one of the kimchi.

3. From around 11:05 on December 8, 2015 to 13:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) expressed, without any justifiable reason, that the Defendant, from the restaurant as described in the foregoing paragraph 2, was able to open the entrance to the front floor of the entrance without any reason; and (b) made it impossible for customers who were in the restaurant to enter the restaurant, to read, “I see if you see it, and soon see it.”

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the operation of the restaurant by the victim H by force.
