Punishment on the accused shall be determined by a fine of 300,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On August 27, 2014, at around 16:10 on August 27, 2014, 200 20 members of the GUnam District Office held the “Resolution Resolution on Destruction of Normal Wage Policy Guidelines for Labor and Labor Management” in front of the government-based regional joint office building located in the 208 Do-gu, Gwangju, North-gu, North-gu, Gwangju.

The Defendant, in collusion with C, the head of the Gwangju District District Association, the head of the Gwangju District District Association, the head of the Gwangju District District Association, the head of the Gwangju District Branch, and the head of the Gwangju District District Office, from August 27, 2014 to 17:50 the same day, the Defendant attempted to enter the office, and conducted demonstration with the Ministry of Employment and Labor located within the above joint building on the pretext of receiving individual coal applications from the Ministry of Employment and Labor. However, despite police officers’ warning broadcasting, the Defendant, despite the police officer’s warning broadcasting, committed considerable time-hour maintenance line without justifiable grounds, such as raising the maintenance line installed at the entrance of the government or Gwangju District District Office, and entering the office building along with the labor union members, without justifiable reasons.
