Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a three-dimensional motor vehicle.
On July 11, 2016, when the defendant drives the above car at around 22:40 and makes a non-protective left turn from the intersection in front of the E-owned station in Busan East-gu, the defendant was negligent in the course of business which did not show the front line to the intersection in front of the E-owned station in Busan-dong, and received the front part of the 125 OCC 125 U.S., who did not have a traffic registration number of the victim F. F. F. (the age of 19) driving on the right side of the e-owned road in front of the E-owned station in Busan-dong-gu.
On July 12, 2016, the Defendant had the victim of the foregoing traffic accident, resulting in the death of the victim due to the ductal dub and cerebral dub in Busan National University Hospital located in 179, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan.
