Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a low-speed car B.
On October 29, 2018, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on October 29, 2016:2, while driving the said vehicle, the Defendant continued to drive the three-laned three-lanes in front of the D in Sacheon City, Sacheon-si with a speed equivalent to about 60km from the e hospital room to the F store room.
At the time, it was difficult for a person engaged in driving service to look at the front and right side well and the left side, and operated safely by accurately manipulating the steering and brakes.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and did not discover the victim G (or, 78 years of age) crossing the road from the right side of the defendant's running direction to the left side, and did not discover the victim G (or, 78 years of age) and shocked the above victim with the top part above the right side of the above low-est car.
Ultimately, around October 30, 2018, the Defendant caused the death of the victim due to the occupational negligence in Busan National University Hospital, which was located in 179, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, to the death of the victim due to the occupational negligence.
