Punishment of the crime

3. The Defendant is between the victim H (ma, 33 years of age) and the rear line.

The Defendant, at around 23:00 on December 1, 2019, had a breath “Jju” located in Mapo-si I, and had a breath alcohol with the victim, and had the victim repeated the same horses under the influence of alcohol.
