Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.7 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the member of the homeland reserve forces to which he belongs, “2013 Highest 401.”

1. On September 1, 201, the Defendant received a notice of a call-up for training in the name of the 4th unit commander of the Ulsan-gu military jointly and severally liable for 127 military forces, which caused the second supplementary training (6H) conducted in the fourth unit located in the Army located in Ulsan-gu military base on September 15, 2011 at the Defendant’s residence in Ulsan-gu military base on September 1, 201, and participated without justifiable grounds.

2. On September 1, 201, the Defendant received a notice of a call-up for training in the name of the fourth unit commander of the Dong-U.S. 127, which was conducted in the fourth unit of the 7765 unit in the Army located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do on September 15, 2011 at the above place, and participated without justifiable grounds.

The defendant of "2013 High 402" is the member of the homeland reserve forces B in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-si.

1. On November 3, 2011, the Defendant received a second supplementary training (16 hours) notice from the fourth unit commander of the 7765 unit for the Army at the Ulsan-si’s residence in Ulsan-si, Ulsan-si, the Defendant failed to participate in the said training without justifiable grounds even though he received the notice of the second supplementary training (16 hours) from the Ulsan-gu Reserve Forces training site in 211.

2. On the same day, the Defendant received from the fourth commander of the 4th unit 7765 unit in the Army at the same residential area as the previous paragraph, a notice of the call-up for carried-over training (8 hours) in the Ulsan-gu Reserve Forces Training Center in 211, which was conducted at the same 23th day of the same month, but failed to participate in the above

3. On the same day, the Defendant received a notice of call-up for the second supplementary training for the first half of the year of 211, which was conducted at the Ulsan-gu Reserve Forces training site on the 24th day of the same month from the fourth unit commander of the 7765 Army in the Republic of Korea on the same day as the preceding paragraph, but did not participate in the above training without justifiable grounds

The defendant, "2013 High 403", as the members of the homeland reserve forces, was the defendant's house located in Ulsan-si, Ulsan-si, Seoul-si, on September 26, 201, at the defendant's house located in Ulsan-si, Ulsan-si, on October 25, 2011, and at the Ulsan-si reserve forces training site for the 7765 Ulsan-gu.
