1. The Defendant is a member of the homeland reserve forces organized in the vice-Eup of the Dongcheon-si.

On April 1, 2013, the Defendant received a notice of convening a training call under the name of the commander of the 3901 Army, stating that he/she will attend the supplementary training for six hours from April 22, 2013 to April 25, 2013, Ethical high schools located in Etha-si, Hacheon-si, Hacheon-si, Ethacheon-si, Hacheon-si, to attend the supplementary training conducted in front of the Ethical High School.
