A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of Bone Star passenger car.

1. An automobile registration number plate in violation of the Automobile Management Act shall not be detached except where it obtains permission from the competent market and where it is especially provided in other Acts;

Nevertheless, around October 2014, the Defendant removed the registration number plate and its seal attached after the above vehicle in order to replace the front registration number plate of the above vehicle kept by the competent authority due to the delinquent administrative fine, at the Masan-dong Masan-dong Masan apartment parking lot, which was the end of the end of the month, and attached it in front of the above vehicle.

2. On April 2015, the Defendant: (a) printed out the letters “B” in the D chain office operated by the Defendant at the window C of Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) printed out the letters “B” on the computer and flicket to a white beer; and (c) made a motor vehicle registration number of the said motor vehicle by attaching the letters to the beer; and (d) operated the said motor vehicle back from Changwon-si to Seoul.

Accordingly, the defendant forged and exercised a motor vehicle registration number plate for the purpose of exercising it.
