Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a “C farm” in the Chungcheongbuk-gun B, and operates a swine livestock industry. The slaughter and treatment of livestock, milk gathering, and processing, packing, and storage of livestock products shall be conducted at the place of work permitted.

Nevertheless, the Defendant slaughtered approximately 12 pigs, which are livestock, using knife and earth lamps, at the above C farm without obtaining a slaughter license from around December 2011 to May 16, 2012.
