On October 31, 2011, at around 06:00, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim C by “Chewingly sold, Abetting,” in the form of five teachers, such as ropics, in which the victim C, was in dispute, with respect to the damage of cleaning machines, etc. within the Gangseo-gun Bridge, Gangwon-gun.
