Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim C are those who work as safety patrol officers at the (ju) E located in the window of Changwon-si.

At around 22:00 on February 15, 2014, the Defendant made a dispute with the victim and vehicle parking problems at the office of F, G, and H, which is another employee, and made a public insult of the victim by saying, “Ig, sick, shot, shot, cut off, cut off, cut off, cut off, cut off, cut off, cut off.”
