All of the prosecutions of this case are dismissed.

The summary of the facts charged is the user who is the representative of Seo-gu, Incheon, and operates a self-denunciation and rewing manufacturing business using 500 full-time workers, and is the E Co., Ltd. located in Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, who employs 71 full-time workers and operates a self-denunciation and rewing research

1. The Defendant did not pay KRW 6,051,748, total amount of F’s wages from May 7, 2012 to February 17, 2013 at the place of the said stock company C within 14 days from the retirement date, which is the date on which the cause for payment occurred, without agreement between the parties on the extension of the payment date, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes List (1), and did not pay KRW 458,485,436, total amount of wages of 56 employees, and retirement allowances totaling KRW 317,364,836, as stated in the attached Table of Crimes List (1).

2. The Defendant did not pay the total amount of G wage of KRW 9,061,873 and retirement allowance of KRW 2,393,658, working from February 1, 2012 to March 13, 2013 at the said E-stock company’s place of business within 14 days from the date of retirement, which is the date of occurrence of the cause for payment, without agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date, and did not pay the total amount of KRW 11,720,779 and retirement allowance of KRW 14,89,608, which is the date of occurrence of the cause for payment, within 14 days from the date of the retirement, which is the date of occurrence of the cause for payment.

3. The Defendant did not pay the total of KRW 34,040,945 to the employees H, who were employed on August 17, 1986 at the above E-stock company’s place of business, on the regular payment date, KRW 817,342,778 as stated in the attached crime list (3).
