1. Night intrusion theft;

A. On November 28, 2014, at around 06:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a guest room with no correction of No. 303 administered by the victim E; and (b) intruded into a room, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property with cash amounting to KRW 50,000 within a wall owned by the victim located on his/her customer.

B. On December 2, 2014, at around 05:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a guest room with no correction under 202, in which the victim H was accommodated; and (b) intruded into a room, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property with a total sum of KRW 2,95,000,000 from the wall of the bank located on the floor of the bank owned by the victim; (c) KRW 1,50,000 in cash; (d) KRW 3 (200,00 in lot; (e) KRW 2.5 million in lot; (e) KRW 1,955,00 in conventional market merchandise coupons; and (e) KRW 2,95,00 in lot; and (e) KRW 2,95,00 in lot; and (e) KRW 2,95,00 in lot.

around 05:00 on February 4, 2015, the Defendant opened a guest room in Busan-gu, Seo-gu, Busan-gu, where the victim K had no correction of 301, the victim K, and intrudes into the room, and was placed on the consignee of the room.

A victim's property was stolen with a total of KRW 750,000,000, total of KRW 150,000, and KRW 10,000,000, in cash located in GUES women's handbags, and KRW 10,00,00,000, in total.

around 05:00 on November 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a guest room with no correction of No. 205, the victim L, and intruded into the room, and (b) cut off the victim’s property with 111,00 won in cash from the wall of the bank, which was affected by his clothes.
