Punishment of the crime

Defendant,

1. From April 24, 2012, from around 21:50 on the same day to around 22:20 on the same day, the victim E (age 38, female) was suffering from a dispute on the ground that he/she entered a restaurant of ‘D' located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and food and drinked the victim E (age 38, female) to cut off the fluencies.

The Defendant, who is the above E’s spouse, took a bath to the victim F (the 40 years of age, south) of the above E’s spouse, such as “flabing and bating,” and assaulted the victim’s flab by cutting and fasting the flab;

2. From among approximately 38 customers at the date, time, place, etc. described in paragraph (1), the victim E openly insults the victim E by referring to “the same year as her husband, son son son son son son, son son son son son, son son son son, son son son son son son, son son son son,” etc.

3. The date and time as stated in paragraph (1), and at the place, the victims were assaulted by breathing bat, etc., and the victim’s restaurant business was obstructed by 30 group customers who drink food in the said restaurant and 6 other customers who drink food out of the restaurant.
