A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The Facts of the cause of the attachment and attachment order;

1. Around 04:08 on February 2, 2014, the Defendant’s indecent act by compulsion: (a) ordered the victim D (the age of 58) in Gyeonggi Kimpo-si; (b) the Defendant paid 63,000 won to the Defendant’s credit card; and (c) carried out singing in the above singing room 6 for about one hour after he paid her with the Defendant’s singing credit card; and (d) the Defendant, at around 05:00, told the Defendant to extended the time to the Defendant’s name dissatis on the playing at the same time; (b) the Defendant 1,000 won to the Defendant’s singing room; and (c) the Defendant 1,000 won to the Defendant’s singing room; and (d) the Defendant 1,000 won to the Defendant’s singing room and talked with the Defendant’s telecommunication phone to the police office as if he reported the actual 112 hours of telephone using the Defendant’s handphone.

피고인은 이와 같이 노래를 부르고 있는 피해자를 보고 욕정을 느낀 나머지, 피해자를 뒤에서 껴안고 귓불을 입으로 빨며 가슴부위를 주물렀고, 피해자가 이를 피하자 재차 피해자에게 “이거 안되겠구만, 경찰에 신고해야겠네.“라고 말하면서 겁을 주어 반항을 억압한 후 양손을 피해자의 상의 속으로 집어넣어 가슴을 주무르고 젖꼭지를 잡아당기고, 계속하여 피해자의 바지 속으로 손을 집어넣어 음부부위를 주무르는 등 그때부터 06:10경까지 약 1시간 동안 피해자를 강제로 추행하였다.

2. The Defendant: (a) reported the Defendant’s repeated statement that the said victim had carried on the illegal business, such as arranging, etc. in a singing room; and (b) used the Defendant’s message to avoid paying for the amount of KRW 63,000,000, which had already been settled by the Defendant’s betting credit card.
