A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 2, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Northern District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 7, 2010.
