A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

One copy of the seized real estate lease contract (No. 12) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant who forged a private document from around September 2, 2016 to the same year.

9. From around 21 to around 21, the Defendant’s office located in the former Northern-gun B, in the column for “1. Real estate indication” of the real estate lease form “land”, the land category - previous, factory site, forest land, area - 10,000 square meters”, and the “2. Contract terms” column shall be paid on October 30, 2013 in the column for “1,00,000 won: gold payment (1,00,000,000 won). On September 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the Jeonju District Court, located on September 21, 2016 at the 36-lane 5-36, the order issued or attempted fraud of the above investigation document; and (b) at the order of the branch court of the Jeon Changwon Branch Branch Branch, a civil petition, as described in paragraph (1).
