Criminal facts

The Defendant, from March 1, 2008 to February 28, 2010, served as the principal of the “D Elementary School” in the former, Newannam-gun C, and from March 1, 2010 to August 31, 201, as the principal of the “F Elementary School” in the former, the Defendant took overall control of the overall affairs, such as construction of school facilities and purchase of goods.

Accordingly, the Defendant accepted a bribe from G to the effect that the Defendant continued to perform the construction of various facilities in the past or in the future.

2.
