Punishment of the crime
[Basic Facts] On July 4, 1991, Defendant A entered the materials book of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H (hereinafter “I”) and promoted it to the Vice Minister around 2004, Defendant A, from around 2010, was in charge of the estimate, bidding, order, and contract work for the construction work performed by I. From early 2013 to early 2014, Defendant A provided support for the estimate, bidding, and contract work for the interior and construction finishing work at the construction site of the former K Lson’s Housing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “J Housing”) located in Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu (hereinafter “N hotel”) to the construction site of the Incheon Metropolitan City ML hotel from September 4, 2013 to August 2014, Defendant A was in charge of the construction work of the public performance hall and the construction work of the public performance hall (hereinafter “OP”) and was planned to be in charge of the construction work of the public performance hall from around 2014 to August 18, 2014.
